Welcome to 1853 communications! My name is Yasmeen Johnson, and I am a senior at Arcadia University. This spring, I will earn a degree in media communications with a concentration in public relations. My family raised me to hone my cooking skills from a young age. So in my spare time, I try my hand learning different cooking styles and baking techniques. When I’m not in the kitchen, I tap into my creative side and paint. My special skills involve marketing communicaton, research and evaluation, and media analysis. Alongside 1853, I’m working to fully equip Arcadia students with skills in the PR field before they journey into their careers.
