My name is Rhaissa Sanches, I use she/her pronouns and I’m a senior at Arcadia University. I started my undergraduate program as an Acting B.F.A., but as I began taking classes in the Media and Communication department, I found a new area of interest in Public Relations. Since then, I’ve initiated an individualized major in Public Relations and Acting. This is my first semester as an Account Executive for 1853 Communications and I’m enthusiastic to be learning more practical knowledge on PR. During this semester, I’m also doing work study for the Theater Department as we’re pioneering a Marketing and Public Relations team -to which I’m the Marketing and Public Relations Team Supervisor. My goal for my last year at Arcadia is to put into practice all the knowledge I’ve collected so far and learn more about practical PR work.
